For only $79.50 per week you can secure your family’s income. When it comes time for a vacation, you will have $2,000 payment to enjoy time with your family with no income worries.

All plans require weekly payment. Vacation is eligible after enrollee has been up to date with payments for one year.

*Vacation pay eligible after 12 months. Cancellations are only eligible for 50 percent of payments refunded. No cancellation after 4 months.
